Q: Is this an ADA accessible event?

A: Due to the building used for this temporary event, ADA accessibility is not possible for the entire attraction. However, if you are someone (or are coming with someone) who needs specific accommodations, please email in advance to rnrhh@squadup.com and we can set your party up to see one of the scare rooms and the main lobby with the Headless Horseman photo op. Our goal is to make this event accessible to a broad range of audiences and will make reasonable accommodations for those who request it.

Q: Is there any recommended attire?

A: Casual attire is recommended in addition to wearing comfortable footwear (i.e. sneakers, close toed shoes) since there are stairs leading to different parts of the house including a basement.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: We recommend arriving early - street parking available where you can find it.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please plan accordingly.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?

A: While a limited number of tickets may be available at the door, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee entry, as we often sell out.

Q: Will there be actors who touch or grab me?

A: Our actors will get close to create an intense atmosphere, but they will not touch or grab you. We ask that you also refrain from touching the actors or props.

Q: How will I know which way to go in the house?

A: Each group will have their own personal tour guide who will direct you through the house in an organized and terrorfying way.

Q: How long is the experience once inside the attraction?

A: It is approximately 15 minutes.

Q: What are the food and drink options?

A: Food, soda and water will be available for purchase onsite.

Q: Will there be a gift souvenir shop?

A: Yes, spooky souvenirs that you will not want to miss!

Q: Is there a place to store personal belongings?

A: We do not offer storage for personal items, so we recommend leaving valuable items at home or securely in your vehicle.

No smoking, running, eating, drinking, or touching actors, customers, or props.
Remove jewelry and wear close-toed shoes—no high heels permitted.
